Safeguarding (including building resilience and promoting good mental and emotional health) and Behaviour Management training
this is a combined one-day course in line with current Ofsted regulations and Follows on from the ‘Every Child Matters’ Framework.
The aim of this course is split into two parts –
One – to provide delegates with the skills needed to identify potential abuse situations in children and have the courage and confidence together with the knowledge of how to report and legally record any potential disclosed information, without compromising information provided, or the young person in question.
Two – promoting well balanced personal development and behaviour in children through active learning, playing and exploring whilst encouraging children to create and think critically.
