About this course
Our Mental Health First Aid course aims to help delegates to understand what Mental and emotional Health is, and the factors which can affect someone’s wellbeing. This course is suitable for everyone from all professions. Safe Hands will provide delegates with the knowledge to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental and emotional health within the workplace, and confidently start a conversation with an individual who they feel may be in need of support, whilst giving the them the skills needed to actively listen in a non- judgmental way, and guide the individual towards the correct support and help needed.
