Please note these terms and conditions apply unless an agreement otherwise has been made between Safe Hands Training Services ltd and the Client
Payment In-house courses
Full Payment for In-house courses is strictly 28 days from invoice date unless training is to commence sooner.
Payment is required in full prior to the course
Clients may substitute candidates for the course at any time prior to the course commencing. Please inform us as soon as possible.
The certification shall not be issued until payment has been received.
Candidates must complete the full course in order to receive certification
Cancellation by Client In-house Courses
Courses cancelled, by the client become liable for the following charges:
• 14 days or more notice = 25% of the total cost is payable
• 7 days or more notice = 50% of the total cost is payable
• Less than 7 day’s notice = Full amount is payable
Payment Open Courses
Payment for “open courses” is required in full to guarantee your place. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Clients may substitute candidates for the course at any time prior to the course commencing. Please inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation by Client Open Courses
Placements cancelled, by the client become liable for the following charges:
• 14 days or more notice = 50% of the total cost.
• Less than 14 day’s notice = full amount is payable
If a candidate fails to attend an open course no refund is given. This also applies to candidates who do not complete the full course. If an open course is not completed candidates would need to re-book onto the next available course and payment in full would be expected.
